*beep* i received one text message from my student.
“cikgu boleh tolong saye tak cikgu? tolong eh cikgu”
i think my heart nearly stopped beating. what have my student got himself into?
kene belasah ke, kene tangkap polis ke. i think only the worst.
“apekah” was my reply.
“cikgu boleh tolong bacekan yasin untuk saye x? saye nak test motor esok. mak saye kate kalau cikgu doa selalu makbul”
phewwwwwww. and i thought i have to make a visit to the police station.
(if u’re teaching in my school, kes-kes polis ni biase jerk).
after a few days, this particular student came and see me.
Student : Cikgu! Saye lulus test motor!
Cikgu Nisa : Alhamdulillah.
Student : *gave me a plastic bag* ni saye belikan cikgu lepat pisang, saye tau cikgu suke makan lepat pisang, tapi saye mampu beli due je. cikgu makan yer.
….. and those were the most delicious lepat pisang i’ve ever eaten in my life.

nisa, alhamdulillah, ada student gini. despite die kene gantung 2 kali dah tahun ini, he still knows how to respect his teacher, and seek your help for the right reasons =) glad to hear and know that your students appreciate u =)

Awww…Sweet Nisa! I always get cookies and all sorts of sweets from the kids as well…esp when I stay in class and have recess with them! =)
